Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow enough time to check-in and prepare for your treatment. If you arrive late, we will make every effort to accommodate you, but your treatment may be shortened to ensure that our other clients are seen on schedule. Tardiness that exceeds 10 minutes may result in rescheduling.

To ensure the best experience for all our guests & providers, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation or ‘no show’ fee. We understand that emergencies can occur. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness or unavoidable delays, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. We will require you to keep a payment method on file if you fail to cancel without notice on multiple occasions. The fee will be discussed with you & is based on the service/duration scheduled.

Cell Phones: A quiet environment promotes an atmosphere of relaxation and respect. We ask that you please refrain from talking on your cell phone while visiting Renu. If you need to take a phone call, let our front of house staff know & they can direct you to an open room or to our rooftop patio.
Children
Although we adore young children, the clinical medispa environment is not an appropriate place for them. We ask that you please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all clients.
