What’s the first Step?
If you are in Eagle or the Boise area and have been experiencing the negative effects that come from having Rosacea, your first step is to contact Renu Medispa and schedule your consultation. When you come into our boutique clinic, our treatment specialists can discuss your unique goals, triggers, and what has worked for you in the past. We can create a customized treatment plan using all the tools we have, from the highest-end lasers to the best facial products we’ve brought in to help you achieve smooth, clear, and rejuvenated-looking skin.
Once you are satisfied with the direction of the procedure, our Guest Relations Specialist will help you schedule your first session and provide you with some instructions on how to make the most of your treatment.
What to expect on the day of a Rosacea treatment
On the day of your Rosacea treatment in our clinic, your treatment plan is most likely to include a laser or light therapy if rosacea has caused, such as visible blood vessels or thickened skin. Your provider will use a laser treatment such as BroadBand Light or the IPL Photorejuvenation to reduce, and even potentially get rid of the blood vessels. Laser treatments can also reduce redness. In a few small studies, lasers were used to treat permanent redness on the face or the redness surrounding acne-like blemishes. Some patients saw a considerable reduction in redness. Most patients, however, had about a 20% reduction in redness.
